Speltoppen påverkas alltid av prissänkningar på spelen. Därför letar sig exempelvis Project Gotham Racing 4 in på tio-i-topp till Xbox 360 igen efter en lång tid ute i kylan. För augusti månad ser vi att musikspelen har fortsatt att dominera (fem av tio topptitlar till PlayStation 2!). Detta verkar även artisterna själva har förstått. Smashing Pumpkins nästa singel kommer att säljas tillsammans med kommande Guitar Hero: World Tour.
