Gears of War 2 knuffas genast ned från förstaplatsen och hamnar nu först på en sjätteplats. Kanske är detta ett tecken på att spel som Gears of War 2 inte är någon konsolsäljare utan främst tilltalar alla som redan har en Xbox 360. Detta är ett problem för Microsoft. FPS och actionspel säljer vldigt bra till formatet men bjuder inte in nya grupper till konsolen. Samtidigt har plattformsspel svårt att göra succé. Det blir ett moment 22.
Föga förvånande tar nya World of Warcraft förstaplatsen men även det nya Call of Duty: World at War får en mycket stark start.
